waiting for IT to hook up to network so more than one person can use.
after just one person using for about 3 weeks maybe, and only printing emails
which is a lot less than we did before, the ink cartridtge seems to be failing
sooner than normal . . . left side of paper missing print about an inch in from the side . . . old printer printed black on that same spot on pages, , , we shook the cartridge and it is doing better . .. cartridge should last longer than that I would think, the old one did with two of us printing everything on it . . now only one person and only emails as it won't print from system til IT hooks to network
and I do not understand the lifetime warranty deal

This printer does not recognize PCL5 correctly, I have other printers Xerox Phaser 4510 and Xerox Phaser 3250 andboth print correctly and equal as other brands like HP, but this printer, when I print the same qty of lines it skips to the next page, and worst when I tried to print in landscape with legal papers, it assumes that the paper is letter and doesn't print in the right area of the paper, I tried doing some setup in the printer as we have in the other models and the result was exactly the same, it is like the printer has fixed the paper in letter and if you change it, you see that it was changed but the result is like the paper continues as letter.

I now have a second Xerox Phaser 3260 because the 1st one only lasted 2 1/2 months. I do not have control of printer purchases. Not recommended for anyone that wants or needs a printer to work on a regular bases.

The printer works very fine as manufacturer described. It is however my fault that I overlooked auto duplexing. For my business auto duplexing is NOT viable option due to the nature of my work. Therefore, I returned it for this reason.
